Radio-Sonographer
Perform general radiography/sonography to produce high-quality diagnostic images while providing excellent patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Perform common X-ray examinations (non-contrast, non-interventional) using appropriate techniques to ensure patient safety and optimal image quality.
- Perform common ultrasound examinations including those focused on the thyroid, breast, adhering to established protocols.
- Handle RIS-PACS system efficiently to document patient information, retrieve prior examinations, and store acquired images.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and achieving optimal image quality.
- Knowledge of other modalities (mammography, BMD etc.) is a strong advantage.
- Assist with patient positioning and ensure their comfort and safety during examinations.
- Effectively communicate with patients and explain procedures in a clear and reassuring manner.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in continuing education programs to stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in diagnostic imaging.
Requirements:
- Familiar with Picture Archiving and Communications System (PACS) and Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Diploma or Degree in Radiography/Sonography with a minimum of 4 years of work experience.
- Full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) of Singapore.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- Patient-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm (With 1 hour lunch break)
Saturday 8.30am to 1pm

Salary Ranging $6,000 to $8,000 depending on experience, with 1-2 month bonus
