Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:
Business Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with multiple vendors and external providers of ICT services and liaise with team members from application and infrastructure teams to support operational activities and system enhancements
- Assist in tracking scope, budget, and schedule for system maintenance and on-going enhancements, providing relevant inputs for management reporting
- Facilitate requirements workshops to gather user requirements and analyze business processes to deliver clear and well-documented analysis and solutions
- Support the execution of system-related tasks based on business needs within agreed parameters of cost, duration, and quality, ensuring proper documentation and communication.
- Participate and contribute to operational activities such as requirement gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and implementation, focusing on enhancing system efficiency
Requirements:
- Degree in Computing, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent, with experience as a Developer / Business Analyst in at least 2 Agile/full project development life cycle
- Relevant experience in requirement elicitation techniques such as design thinking, persona analysis and customer journey mapping etc.
- Relevant experience in facilitating user requirement workshops
- Working experience in using data visualisation tools (i.e. PowerBI & Tableau) will be advantageous
- Relevant experience in handling web-based system applications.
- Working experience in .Net/J2EE applications; Proficiency and experience in programming (Python, VB.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS) is advantageous
- Familiarity with governance, adoption of digital services in enterprise IT environments
