Roles & Responsibilities


· Timely preparation for the bar setup for day to day operations including events and make provision of orders

· Conduct pre-shift briefing with staffs before operations

· Overseas the day to day operations of the bar counter to ensure smooth and efficient workflows

· Address to customer concerns and feedback promptly in order to enhance the overall dining experience

· Collaborate with Front of House teams to ensure seamless coordination

· Monitor the quality and quantity of beverage items served

· Good knowledge of drink receipts and ingredients

· Purchase fruits ingredients etc and making necessary improvements to the product mix

· Accountability to maintain bar inventory

· Work with liquor vendors to develop new product mix and promotion for bar beverages

· Ensure bar equipment are in good working order, organizing repairs or improvements for greater efficiency.

· Create menus tailored to the brand guidelines that are both well balanced and innovative

· Establish targets, KPIs, policy and procedures

· Ensure POS sales data is up to date and in line with beverage menus

· Implement safe and healthy working practices at all time

· Prepare rosters and job schedules for team members, conduct shift reviews, handovers etc

· Previous experience / General bar management experience are preferred

· Passion and be willing to stand /work for at least few hours in a fast paced environment

· Create & implement sales promotions

· Prepare regular operations reports and forecast potential revenues as well as cost control


Qualifications

  1. Extended knowledge and passion in beverages (spirits, cocktails, wine, coffee)
  2. Min. 2 years experience in a Bar environment.
  3. Experience in supervising and guiding bar staff.
  4. Knowledge of standard procedure with regards to high level high volume restaurant service.
  5. Self starter with ability to manage deadlines of self and others.
