- Manage the full spectrum of HR functions that includes recruitment, compensation, learning & development, performance management, and policy enforcement and payroll process.
Ensure all HR activities comply with legal standards, Acts, and statutory regulations. - To formulate and implement HR strategies to be aligned with the business objectives and goals
- To Implement competitive compensation and benefits programs and regularly benchmarking it against industry standards.
- Provide professional advice to stakeholders to achieve business goals
- To provides support and guidance to line managers on grievances, disciplinary issues, and HR policies, and offer advice on employee benefits.
- Foster and promote a positive workplace culture through continuous employee engagements.
- Lead HR operational activities, guide, train and develop the team on the daily activities of the HR operations team.
- Implement new company policies and develop processes and systems that support HR operations’ needs.
- Be a point of contact for employees in the business and provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, performance management, manpower planning, recruitment and rewards strategies.
