- Assists BDC Scientists in the execution of lab studies and customer projects
- Partners Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, to ensure operational readiness
- Drafting and reviewing of SOPs, Work Instructions and Risk Assessments
- Orders laboratory, training and pantry supplies as the need arises
- Provides general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platforms.
- Ensures good housekeeping standard for BDC site to improve customer experience, including IT devices and updated marketing collaterals
- Executing safety / administrative briefing to customers for training courses
- Adhere to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring that all BDC activities support a safe and compliant workplace.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent / Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent with 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience working in a laboratory or GMP environment preferred
- Solid understanding of MS Office Suite and database systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in English
- Ability to learn fast, adapt to constant changing demands and work autonomously
