Our Facility Operations Team on the ground plays a crucial role in safeguarding our facility and providing a high standard of hygiene, safety and customer experience. We are looking for superstars like you to join our dynamic team and support our growing business!
About the Role:
Shift Leads manage a team of runners, fulfilling food orders, troubleshooting issues at our facility and managing stakeholders with a smile on their face.
Responsibilities:
- Transport delivery orders from our clients’ kitchens to the central dispatch area
- Traffic control for delivery orders during peak hours, and provide effective communications with both kitchen crew and delivery riders
- Respond to our clients’ inquiries in a timely manner, be the dependable face of our company
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on site with a sense of urgency
- Communicate policies and updates to our clients and their kitchen crew
- Follow SOP and complete daily checklists
- Execute facility improvement projects on site

- You have rich experience in a food service, hospitality or retail environment
- You are able to maintain a positive attitude and manner in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- You are able to communicate effectively in person and digitally
- You are able to solve problems independently with a sense of urgency
- You are a team player, punctuality and reliability is your forte
- You always go above and beyond, and are looking to progress in your career
- You can work both autonomously as well as with your teammates and with our customers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Singapore citizens and permanent residents only
