The Assistant Coordination and Reservations Executive assists in processing car reservations & trade visitation. He/She also processes booking requests on B2B and B2C.
He/She is familiar with car rental terminology.
He/She is service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, and works with suppliers and the customer support department to manage any changes to reservations.
He/She is able to perform in a fast paced environment and checks on the availability of products and services with vendors, and holds reservations. He/She helps to coordinate travel operations, including arranging of cars to destinations/locations.
