Personal Assistant to Sales Director
We are looking for a versatile and reliable Personal Assistant to provide marketing, administrative and personal support to the Sales Director. The successful candidate will have strong organisational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from clients and stakeholders, and handle them promptly and efficiently.
- Liaise with clients, internal and external stakeholders, building positive relationships on behalf of the Director.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Assist with the planning and execution of marketing activities and events.
- Conduct research and provide briefing materials for meetings, presentations, and projects.
- Assist in managing personal matters, such as personal appointments, reservations, and other requests.
- Prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Undertake special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE O or A Levels, or Diploma.
- Working hours Mon to Fri, 9am to 4pm.
- Conversational Mandarin to engage with Chinese clients and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and proactively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
