Job Summary:
Seeking a Mid-Senior UI Designer to lead the creation of visually appealing, functional digital interfaces. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and product managers to ensure design quality and usability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead UI design for web and mobile apps.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Implement design standards for consistency across platforms.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Collaborate with developers for seamless design implementation.
- Stay updated on design trends and mentor junior designers.
- Develop and maintain a UI component library.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Graphic/Interaction Design or related.
- 4-5 years of UI design experience.
- Proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Strong visual design, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Financial sector experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Extensive user research and testing expertise.
- Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
