We are hiring for an oil trading company seeking a finance executive to oversee key financial and administrative functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective credit management, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Management Accounting: Compile and analyze monthly data and Prepare quarterly forecasts
- Credit Management: Support KYC processes and confirm and update credit details
- Approve receivables and payables and confirm USD payments
- Handle registration tasks
- Respond to surveys
- Manage IRAS transactions
- Assist with accounting firm inquiries
- Communicate with tax agents and IRAS
- Manage tax and transfer pricing documents
- Manage regulations, contracts, and documents
- Arrange marine insurance
- Check warranty details with HQ
- Handle data entry, general affairs, and correspondence
- Manage voyage data and freight splits
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- 5 years in finance and accounting
- Experience with KYC processes, government agency interactions, and tax management is essential.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
