OBJECTIVES (GOALS)
Your main duties will include monitoring employees٫ organizing workflows, creating team schedules, delegating task and analyzing the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Assessing the work performance of employees and identifying areas that need improvement. Training and onboarding new hires to make sure they understand their roles. Setting goals for workers and making sure they comply with the company’s plans and vision. Responsible for writing performance evaluations and communicating with members and reporting performance records and evaluations to HR and senior management.
DUTIES
· Establish daily٫ weekly and monthly objectives and communicate them to employees.
· Manage the workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules.
· Guide and coach employees٫ monitoring their productivity.
· Oversee safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
· Perform verification of production output according to specifications.
· Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to management.
· Detect issues in efficiency and suggest improvements.
· Consult new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures.
· Ensure strict adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
REQUIREMENT
· High School Diploma / Degree in engineering field or equivalent.
· Minimum 2 years of experience at a supervisor level in Precision Engineering industry.
· Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools like CNC Milling/Turning, Wirecut/EDM, Grinding, etc.
· Good practical experience with MS Office
· Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver.
· Acts as a team player in a small dynamic team.
REPORTING
This position reports directly to Operations Director.
