- Assist BDC Scientists in executing lab studies and customer projects.
- Collaborate with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring operational readiness.
- Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments.
- Order laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as needed.
- Provide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platforms.
- Maintain high housekeeping standards for the BDC site to enhance customer experience, including managing IT devices and updating marketing collaterals.
- Conduct safety and administrative briefings for customers attending training courses.
- Adhere to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or equivalent
- Has 1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical / biopharmaceutical industry
- Experience working in a laboratory or GMP environment preferred
- Solid understanding of MS Office Suite and database systems
