Job Role
You will provide support for the Kidney Supportive Care (KSC) to ensure the smooth running of the programme. You will be the point of contact for KSC Programme and work collaboratively with all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Point of Contact for KSC Programme
- Provide admin support to the team which includes:-Agreements for consultancy services
Submission of monthly claims and payment
Monitor budget under programme
Collate and submit report to Lien Foundations
- Create and maintain KSC-CM registryMaintain and update database of all referrals for sharing with team
Provide updates to programme lead on regular basis as determined
Collate feedback when needed
Collate data for analysis
Assist to prepare slides and reports as required
- Provide support to Programme LeadAssist to organize case discussions, facilitate communications, and ensure process flows
Monitor KPI deliverables and update team on the status
Support programme-related events and meetings
Support team’s quality improvement efforts and participate in quality improvement projects
- Any other responsibilities as assigned by the Programme Lead
Qualifications
- Possess a Diploma / Degree (Preferably in Healthcare or related)
Experience
- At least 1 to 2 years of healthcare experience preferred
Soft Skills
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Independent, resourceful, pro-active, detail-oriented and responsible
- Good team player who can work efficiently in a multi-disciplinary setting
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
