Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential merger and acquisition opportunities within the designated region healthcare markets. Immediate plan: Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, South Korea.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to assess market trends, competitor
landscape, and potential target companies. - Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts or business owners, to source
potential deals. - Prepare and present detailed financial models, valuation analysis, and business cases to support
investment decisions. - Negotiate deal terms and structure agreements to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and
maximize value creation. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to integrate acquired companies seamlessly into the
organization, driving synergy realization and operational efficiencies. - Monitor and evaluate post-acquisition performance, identifying areas for optimization and
implementing corrective actions as necessary. - Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends that may impact
M&A activity within the region. - Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives and long-term growth plans, providing
insights and recommendations based on market intelligence and analysis. - Any other ad-hoc assigned.
Requirements
- 3 years of M&A experience (ideally in healthcare sectors.)
- Proven track record of success in developing new business within Asia Pacific markets.
- Project management skills and the ability to maintain focus on multiple assignments in a
challenging environment. - Strong understanding of M&A legal and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and a team player
