- Providing assisted enrolment to patients
- Guiding patients to enrol through HealthHub app for patients with Singpass
- Assisting patients to enrol through National CRM for patients without Singpass
- Onboarding patients to HealthierSG, including booking of Health Plan related appointments (doctor consultation and care coordinator appointments).
- Tagging patients on Queue Management System (QMS) for HealthierSG related visits
- Other Ad-hoc Activities
