Responsibilities:
- Assist the immediate Manager/Engineer in the day-to-day operations at site.
- Perform general maintenance work on building facilities, general electrical works, repairs, troubleshooting and maintenance of machines and equipment
- Liaise with Vendor to do repair on equipment or process
- Ensure tasks assigned by Superior is properly carried
- Successful completion of scheduled activities.
- Deal with complaints diligently and tactfully.
- Ensure that a high level of professionalism and customer service is maintained at all times.
- Escalate problem / incident to Engineer or Manager
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge in critical environmental site like data centre, server room will be an advantage.
Qualification & Experience
- Min. higher Nitec in Electrical or Mechanical
- Min. 2-3 years of working experience in maintenance operations of MEP ( Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Knowledge in critical environmental site like data centre, server room will be an advantage.
- Able to carry out simple troubleshooting for Mechanical/ Electrical/ Plumbing system.
- Attend to alarms and incident
- Knowledge in MS Office
- 24/7 – 12 hrs shift rotation( 7am to 7pm & 7pm to 7am)
- 4 days work/ 3 days off shift pattern
