This is an entry-level role designed to provide on the job training and hands-on experience in the chosen field. Finance & Accounting Officer:
· Report to Head of Finance & Accounting
· Assist in financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting activities
· Process staff claims and payments for daily operating expenses
· Support in the preparation of accounting schedules such as Fixed Asset Register and Listing of OPEX, preparation and posting of journal entries
· Assist to prepare internal management reports, MAS regulatory reports and monthly and quarterly Head Office reports
· Assist in performing bank reconciliation and quarterly GST filing
· Work with the finance team to streamline processes and improve financial systems
REQUIREMENTS
· Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s degree from reputable Universities
· Strong interest in compliance or finance and eagerness to learn
· Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Good communication skills both verbal and written with ability to interact comfortably with a variety of stakeholders.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
