Location: East (Kaki Bukit) | West (Lakeside)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 0900 hrs - 1800 hrs
Full Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team in an administrative role. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in insurance reporting, taking photos for accident reports, and helping clients with sketches and written accident reports. You'll also be responsible for keying in reports using our system and handling phone inquiries.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- General Administrative Support:Provide general administrative and clerical support, including filing, scanning, faxing, copying, and printing.
Maintain basic office cleanliness.
Perform other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by management.
- Financial Tasks:Issue invoices and enter daily invoices into the system.
Assist in opening and issuing invoices and collecting payments from clients.
- Client Interaction:Handle phone calls and inquiries from clients for booking appointments.
Assist clients with sketches and writing of accident reports.
- Insurance Reporting:Assist in insurance reporting.
Take photos for accident reporting, download images / videos etc.
Key in reports using the provided system.
Qualifications:
- Skills:Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Familiarity with Google Earth.
- Language:Basic English and Chinese speaking required.
Written communication in English is necessary.
