The Service Technician will be responsible for the field support and maintenance of various physical security systems, including surveillance cameras, access control systems, intrusion alarms, and other related technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and respond to service calls to troubleshoot and resolve issues with security systems, including hardware, wiring, and software components.
- Conduct system diagnostics to identify and repair technical issues with security devices, cabling, and network components to minimize downtime and disruptions.
- Work closely with other service technicians, project managers, and vendors to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work on-site at various locations, including residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Occasional after-hours and weekend work may be required depending on client needs.
