Job Description:
· Develop objectives for the Technicians day-to-day activities.
· Monitor and manage client complaints.
· Develop effective improvement plans.
· Set KPIs and ensure Technicians demonstrate and maintain high level service agreement
· Evaluate Technician’s performance with key metrics
· Generate reports and conduct presentation for Top Management
· Possess good technical knowledge
· Attend to any other ad-hoc duties or any related tasks that are assigned.
