Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for audio-visual solutions across the Asia Pacific region.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals, aligning with company objectives.
- Engage with key clients to understand their needs, pain points, and business challenges, and present the company’s audio-visual offerings as effective solutions.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to design and propose customized audio-visual solutions that meet client requirements.
- Communicate the value proposition of the company’s services effectively to potential clients, showcasing how these services can address specific client challenges.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for inquiries and escalations while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and technological advancements related to audio-visual solutions to better serve clients and adapt strategies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify growth opportunities and refine competitive positioning within the audio-visual sector.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals that reflect a deep understanding of client requirements and highlight the company’s capabilities.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely submission of proposals, bids, and quotations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the audio-visual or related technology sectors.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong understanding of audio-visual solutions, including system design, integration, and service offerings.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented with a strategic approach to business development.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for market analysis and proposal development.
- Willingness to travel across the Asia Pacific region for client meetings and industry events.
