Job Description
- Reporting to the Head of Department.
- To be involve in projects and to source for the best rates for vendor/shipment and feedback on any business opportunities.
- Follow up and preparation/processing of vendors/ shipments for project.
- Do all necessary documentation for all project and plan for collection/delivery of with vendors/ contractors to meet project timeline and/or co-loaders closing time.
- To ensure all COD customers payments are collected prior to release billing of lading/delivery to customers.
- Attend to all messages pertaining to project matters.
- Responsible to close all job files promptly to meet month end closing of accounts.
- To follow sales leads and enquiries from all overseas offices and/or agents.
- To establish new services, plan groupage services as directed.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
Requirements
- Minimum education requirement:
- Degree holders are preferred. - Certificate with Transport Logistics are added advantage.
- Minimum 3 years' of related work experience.

- Good command of written and spoken English.
