Responsibilities
- Diagnosing business challenges in SMEs so as to propose areas of business improvement
- Conducting specific business diagnostics on SMEs with use of appropriate toolkits eg productivity, innovation and internationalization
- Identifying and engaging SMEs on use of collective solution to mitigate business challenges
- Prepare reports following business advisories with clients by submitting it in the Enterprise SG CRM system
- Recommending SMEs on Government appropriate assistance schemes to tap on and better address business management challenges
- Developing and planning of workshops to enable transfer of knowledge and information
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on market insights, best practices and product knowledge on Government various assistance schemes
- Coordinate and manage events
- Participate in the relevant activities (eg. Mayor's meeting, staff meeting, walk-about)
- Support the implemented Quality Management System
- Assist in formulating QMS procedures updating and taking necessary CAR
- Assist in identifying risk and opportunity relating to the risk assessment and driving improvement activities
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business
- Experience in consulting work is preferable in the area of entrepreneurship and working with SMEs
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to conduct effective presentations
- Resourceful and able to work independently
