- End user support
- Assist in Operating Systems Migration and related support.
- Support, troubleshooting, diagnosis of hardware and software problems.
- Handle all problems associated to End User Equipment and Software.
- Installation of software/application.
- Provide accurate and timely documentation in IT Service Management Tool.
- Closing all assigned and resolved Incidents; focus on ticket resolution within SLA.
- Synchronizing application settings to environment requirement.
- Relocation of computer devices and peripherals.
- Setting up of the end users profiles for applications.
- To guide, update and follow up to end users.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field
- Experience / Knowledge in IT Hardware
- 5 days (9am to 6.30pm) work near Raffles Place MRT
- Bank working enviroment
- Salary $2500 to $3000
- Start work immediately or within short notice
