Key Responsibilities:
1.Career growth and related initiatives:
- Perform the role of career support ambassador to direct career support inquiries, attend to Career Growth Centre appointment service inquiries
- Career matching service - Facilitate connection, refresh jobseeker lists and track outcomes regularly
- Career events/ talks – plan and curate purposeful activities, drive participation through marketing and publicity and ensure successful execution of activities
2. Board Appointment and Board Mentoring initiatives:
- Support the HOD for Board appointment and mentoring initiatives.
- Facilitate the Board matching process and manage related queries
- Plan and organise the mentoring events, including speakers and moderators invitation and selection, curating relevant contents and briefing for mentoring sessions
- Drive event registrations and publicity, as well as oversee event logistics and evaluation to ensure smooth execution of events.
3. Salary and career review insights publication
- Support the HOD for the project through coordination of data requests and research team members, monitoring of timelines according to agreed workplan
- Design and publicity of publication
- Support outreach activities for focus group discussion (FGD), including planning, invitations, registrations, FGD materials, event logistics.
- Provide secretariat support for Taskforce
4. Members and Stakeholders development initiatives - Professional Accountancy Hub, C-suite and Professional Accountancy in Business (PAIB) leaders
- Plan, curate contents that are aligned with the needs and interests of identified partners and member segment, execute value-adding partnership events and initiatives for members and partners
- Publicise activity and collaborate with relevant ISCA colleagues and teams
Requirements
- A degree in accountancy, business, marketing or communications field
- At least 4 years of working experience
- Prior experience in engagement role/career support/professional membership body would be an added advantage
- Current accountant/auditor looking for engagement role will be welcomed
- Strong writing and presentation abilities with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships at all levels of management, both inside and outside ISCA
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented mind with a natural ability to multi-task
- Agile in picking up intricacies of various member segments and developing appropriate programmes to address those segments
- Possess strong project management abilities and can multi-task
- Able to work well independently, as well as in a team
- Social media savvy
