Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support to internal key user on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) system related queries
- Identify, diagnose & resolve D365 F&O issues
- Offer trainings to internal key user to increase knowledge on the Microsoft 365 F&O environment
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience in supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Willing to travel within South East Asia
