Job Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial, business and administrative support d to the head of department and division
- Manage the department head’s calendar; arrange and coordinate internal and external appointments and meetings
- Consolidate, process and track expense claims and supporting documents
- Manage the division returns and asset allocation; Coordinate and track any repair with the IT/ Maintenance team
- Manage and update any changes to list of mail groups when necessary
- Track divisional staff welfare fund and usage
- Communicate and work closely with other departments’ EAs
- Collate team’s attendance/ representation at company’s events
- Other relevant duties as required
Job Requirements:
- Diploma and above in any discipline
- 2 - 3 years’ experience as a Team Administration
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient In MS Office
