Job Responsibilities:
Procurement & Inventory Management:
- Source and purchase goods.
- Negotiate with suppliers and manage relationships.
- Evaluate supplier performance.
- Monitor and adjust stock levels including FIFO & expiry dates.
- Update inventory records and track expiry dates.
- Conduct inventory audits.
Operations:
- Oversee warehousing, logistics, and order fulfillment.
- Manage cold storage and pick-and-pack processes.
- Coordinate with 3PL and shipping providers.
Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain product pricing updates, inspection/QC records, documents and packaging material/labelling.
- Ensure compliance with ISO, HACCP, and CoC standards.
- Prepare for yearly audits.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate inventory and procurement reports.
- Analyze data to improve processes.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Inventory Management, or Science/Engineering.
- 3+ years in sales order administration, procurement, or inventory management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with Accounting/Inventory management or ERP software (e.g., AutoCount) is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and efficient.
- Able to work independently and reliably.
- Strong team player with good communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Proactive, positive, and flexible in problem-solving and decision-making.
