With minimum 3 years of experienced in corporate accounting and bookkeping, self-driven, highly motivated,
value environmental respect and you are excited by success. You see yourself as a business partner,

Your Responsibilities
• Handling the general ledger and all relevant accounting tasks for planitswiss companies, including countries such as Rwanda, Switzerland etc.
• Booking suppliers invoices, customer invoices, salaries etc.
• Chasing up with vendors for tax confirmations.
• Prepare e-banking payments and reconciliate banking statements on a monthly basis.
• Filling administrative requests and documents.
• Managing VAT declarations and chasing for payback of paid VAT.
• Manage salaries for employees.
• Keep proper electronic filling for all supplier invoices/customer at all times.

This job is available between 50% and 100% occupancy of course it compensation will be prorated.
