Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and sales opportunities through research and lead generation.
- Qualify leads to determine whether they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients by keeping in regular contact with them and addressing their needs and concerns.
- Demonstrate the company's products or services to potential clients and provide them with all the necessary information to make informed decisions.
- Negotiate the terms of sales with clients and close deals in a timely manner.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and maintain ongoing relationships.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Job Requirements:
- Proven sales experience in small projects or related field.
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
