Mid-career: Business Development Executive

Veltox Singapore Pte. Ltd.

This position reports to the Director of VELTOX SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating new business sales revenue and contributing to the overall development and growth of the company’s profile and reputation. The role focuses on driving new business opportunities, increasing revenue, and building key relationships within the chemical industry.


Individual requirements:

1. Market Research:

• Analyze market trends and competitor activities.

• Provide insights for strategic decisions.

2. Business Strategy Development:

• Create and implement growth strategies.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships.

• Address client needs and provide exceptional service.

4. Business Needs Analysis:

• Assess and understand client requirements.

• Solve client challenges with effective solutions.

5. Negotiation and Contract Management:

• Negotiate and manage contracts.

• Ensure compliance and resolve issues.

6. Presentation and Documentation:

• Prepare and deliver presentations.

• Maintain accurate documentation of activities.

1. Market Research & Analysis: Analytical skills, research abilities, and strategic thinking.

2. Business Strategy & Development Skills: Sales strategy development, business acumen, and presentation skills.

3. Customer Relationship Management: Interpersonal skills, customer service, and problem-solving.

5. Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiation skills, contract management, and attention to detail.

6. Presentation & Documentation: Reporting skills, documentation, and organizational skills.
