Job Description
- In charge of sourcing, negotiating with suppliers and purchasing such as heavy machinery spart part and materials.
- In charge of daily operational purchasing needs and inventory control management
- Contact suppliers to resolve price, quality, delivery or invoice issues
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Follow on Purchase Order delivery and shipment schedule.
- Have the ability to negotiate bulk quantity / yearly price at Company level.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- O-Level/Diploma holder with minimum 3 years relevant experience in purchaser
- Able to multitask and complete assignments given on time.
- Knowledge in sourcing for machine spare parts would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in heavy machinery such as Excavator, Boom lift, Generator would be an added advantage.
