Role:
- As a Laboratory Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to support the clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and market growth of general laboratory products and solutions in the assigned market segment.
- Address enquiries from customers and prospects and provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales support.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers, and key account opinion leaders.
- Monitor and analyze customer requirements and market trends.
- Support the implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Constant follow-up with customers on marketing promotions and campaigns and open quotations to generate new sales opportunities.
- Manage tendering websites for Singapore, including but not limited to GeBiz, SESAMI, hospital tendering websites, etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in a scientific or business administration discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in laboratory sales, sales support or customer service in the science industry.
- Good knowledge of scientific and general lab consumables.
