Job Description:
- Build a client base, develop a strong relationship with each client and learn about their company/industry and their products and services.
- Contact the decision makers and hiring managers to fully understand their recruiting needs and the position(s) they want to fill.
- Work in a timely manner to provide high-quality profiles, arrange meetings, gather feedback and advise the client on the interview process.
- Work with the client towards a successful conclusion.
- Quickly develop a solid base of candidates within assigned segments through job media, personal research, attendance at trade shows, in-house research, referrals, etc.
- Screen candidates, by phone and through meetings, to determine their suitability for assigned positions.
- Develop candidate profiles, introduce candidates to clients, manage the interview process and, where necessary, counsel and motivate candidates.
- In the closing stages, manage and counsel the candidate and the client to bring about a successful conclusion.
Job Requirements:
- More than 5 years of Talents Acquisition experience or more than 3 years of recruiting experience from Recruitment Agencies.
- Leadership experience with minimum 2 years of management experience will be preferred
- Strong clients resources with good at clients management
- Strong in communication with proficiency in English and Chinese due to liaising with Chinese clients and counterparts
- Strong in negotiation skills
- Independent, self-discipline, Self-driven, hungry for sales with detailed oriented and good at time management
- Owning at least a Basic Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) is compulsory for this position
