Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform Supplier invoice data entry
- Resolving all payables-related issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare online bank payment of invoices and salary
- Set up GIRO arrangements
- Perform bank reconciliation
- Record petty cash transactions
- Minitor staff medical expenses
- Assist in audit queries
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect resident data and ensure complian with healthcare regulations. Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and address potential vulnerabilities.
- Fist level user IT support
- Email management
- Ensure PDPA compliance
Key Requirement
- Diploma in Accounting or LCCI certificate
- Prior experience in a similar role
- Well versed in Google suite
- Experience with Xero and online platforms such as online banking
- Computer savvy
- Knowledge of PDPA regulations and best practices
- Can work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Organized and possess high attention to detail
