Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the company's administrative work, supporting the relevant administrative facilities under preparation for the establishment of the Singapore company, including the leasing office space, and the daily procurement and maintenance of equipment and items needed to manage the office space;
- Responsible for welcoming daily visitors and providing good services in accordance with the company's service specifications;
- Support the group’s business trips and daily activity arrangements, assist in the planning and preparation of various meetings, and organize and save administrative documents;
- Responsible for the daily management and docking of cooperative suppliers, and assist the chairman in handling daily external administrative matters;
- Support the company's human resources recruitment work, find the talents needed for the company, and arrange interview invitation & interview reception;
Job requirements:
- Possess a bachelor's degree or diploma certificate or equivalent in business studies/administration/management, etc.,
- Have more than 2 years of administrative or front desk reception experience;
- Proactive, organized and conscientious with a positive work attitude
