Job Overview:
As a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM specialist, you will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 CRM systems to meet the business needs of the organization. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements, design solutions, configure the CRM system, and provide training and support to users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dynamics 365 CRM Implementation & Configuration:Analyze business processes and recommend CRM solutions.
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business requirements.
Design workflows, business rules, and automation within the CRM.
Integrate CRM with other business applications (ERP, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.).
Ensure data integrity and synchronization between systems.
- Requirements Gathering & Solution Design:Collaborate with internal teams and clients to gather functional and technical requirements.
Develop detailed documentation, including system requirements, process flows, and solution designs.
Translate business requirements into technical specifications for development.
- Development & Customization (For Developer roles):Develop custom plugins, workflows, and reports using C#, .NET, and Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps).
Implement custom CRM solutions using JavaScript, web services, and API integrations.
Develop Power BI dashboards for reporting and analytics.
- User Training & Support:Provide end-user training and create user guides for system usage.
Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to end-users.
Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
- Testing & Deployment:Perform unit testing and assist in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
Deploy solutions and ensure successful implementation in the live environment.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Monitor CRM system performance and optimize processes.
Implement best practices for system configuration and data management.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- Experience:Minimum 2-5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Experience in CRM implementation, administration, and support.
For developer roles: - Experience in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Power Platform tools.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs and PowerApps.
- Proficiency in Golang for API integration.
Certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-910, MB-600) are preferred.
