Job Scope
- Performs administrative duties
- Supports the Aftersales Manager / Service Manager with administrative activities and paperwork
- Assists with all subcontractors PO / sublets
- Conducts follow up according to subcontractors’ last activity
- Ensures office supplies are sufficient and to order
- Filing of all documents and scanning and archiving
- Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirement
- Minimum Diploma in any field or minimum 2-3 years of relevant admin work experiences
