Role Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Front-End Developer to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality user interfaces for their web applications. Your expertise in Angular (versions 8 through 15) will be crucial as you lead and mentor a team of developers while working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and Maintain: Design, build, and maintain responsive and high-performance web applications using Angular (versions 8 through 15).
- Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor junior developers, providing technical leadership and fostering best practices in front-end development.
- Collaborate: Work closely with UX/UI designers, back-end developers, and other stakeholders to translate requirements and design specifications into functional code.
- Optimize: Ensure applications are optimized for maximum speed and scalability.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and Debug: Identify and resolve front-end performance issues, bugs, and other technical challenges.
- Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance our development practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 7 to 10 years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on Angular (versions 8 through 15).
- Proficiency in Angular framework and its core concepts (components, services, directives, etc.).
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
- Experience with modern front-end build tools (e.g., Webpack, Gulp).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.
