Responsibilities:
· Assist the CEO in his administrative duties and errands;
· Assist the human resources department in recruitment work.
· Assist the CEO in facilitating seamless communication and exchange with various departments.
· Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, and conferences
· Provide admin support to departments on an ad-hoc basis;
· Replenish all office items;
· Assist in the organization of events;
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
· 2-year experience in Admin and/or Receptionist experience;
· Self-initiated, organized, meticulous, positive work attitude;
· Independent and a good team player;
· Able to start work on short notice would be an advantage;
· Native in English. Able to speak in Mandarin is an added advantage;
