About Our Client

They are now looking for a Commercial Finance & Strategy Director to join its global leadership team based in Singapore.
Job Description
As part of the global leadership team, you will lead the company's commercial strategy, focusing on revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion. With a strong finance background, this individual will ensure that all commercial decisions align with the organization's financial objectives, optimizing resource allocation and driving long-term success. This role requires a balance of strategic vision, financial acumen, and operational leadership.
The Successful Applicant
Skills & Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a commercial leadership role, with prior experience in Finance.
- Solid financial acumen with a deep understanding of P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions
- Agile and entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin as this role will be required to partner closely with stakeholders in China.
