Responsibilities:
· Deliver top-notched technical solutions to clients and take responsibility for the standards of work with client centric mindset.
· Take responsibility for a portion of an installation, break/fix incidents, and problem management.
· Learn to utilize automated mediums to perform staging, pre-loading configurations, and onsite deployment, ultimately enhancing proficiency in automation.
· Work together and collaborate with the Implementation Engineering team to fulfil client requirements
· Attend less complex configurations, installations, and break/fix events.
· Analyse security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation
· Flexible working hours may include occasional overtime or shifts outside of traditional business hours
· Design and implement firewall solutions such as Palo, Checkpoint, Fortinet or Cisco.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
· At least than 3 years of working experience
· Strong in interpersonal skills
· Has excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
· Ability to prioritize work independently and work under pressure to meet deadlines
· Team player, resourcefulness, strong analytical skills is an advantage
· Knowledge in the following area may be advantageous:
· Basic cybersecurity design and principles and Routing or Switching technology
· TCP/IP or Firewall, Intrusion prevention concepts
· Project management methodologies
