We are an independent firm of designers, planners, engineers, consultants and technical specialists offering a broad range of professional services that combine to make a real difference to our clients and the communities in which we work. We are truly global, and our 15,000 planners, designers, engineers and consultants around the world deliver innovative projects with creativity and passion. Our unique ownership structure allows us to invest our time and energy in the interests of our staff, rather than external shareholders, making for an exciting and enjoyable environment to work in.
The Rail team within our Sydney office is looking for a proactive and driven Associate with a focus on project and/or design management to own and deliver projects and bring fresh ideas to enhance the way we work. Ideally, you will be able to demonstrate your experience in applying a variety of rail engineering skills in a consulting environment, with a strong emphasis on leading the delivery of design projects covering client liaison, team organisation, quality management, programming and cost control. You will be technically strong, able to lead and work independently and as part of a team, energised to assist with our digital transformation, driven towards better sustainable designs and motivated to help reduce effects from climate change.
