What You'll Be Doing
- Train the Troops: Lead our sales squad through engaging, high-energy training sessions that turn novices into pros and ensure they’re ready to crush their goals.
- Share the Wisdom: Present new techniques and strategies in a way that makes learning enjoyable. Your mission: turn every sales lesson into a memorable experience.
- Analyze and Adapt: Dive into performance metrics, and use your data wizardry to tweak and perfect our training approach. Make sure our team’s sales skills are always on the cutting edge.
- Coach and Motivate: Provide one-on-one coaching that’s both inspiring and practical. Be the cheerleader who helps our team reach new heights while keeping the mood fun and upbeat.
- Innovate and Experiment: Try out new training methods and creative ideas. If it’s fresh and fun, we want to hear about it!
- Collaborate and Connect: Work closely with other departments to ensure our training is aligned with company goals and current trends. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Who We Are Looking For
- At least 2 years of proven sales training
- Degree in management, human resources management, or other related business subjects advantageous but not required
- Collaborative nature with the ability to work effectively within a team or solo, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work environment.
