Job Description:
- Reports to Project Control Manager
- Develops baseline schedule and updates the schedule when necessary
- Highlihgts potential delays and works with client and subcontractors to mitigate delay risks
- Prepares recovery programme when required
- Works with QS on progress claims and revenue forecast
- Prepares progress reports and presentation
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering /Building Construction Management
- Min 5 years experience in construction industry
- Planning and management of complex construction projects using Primavera P6 software
- Experienced in construction sequence including site staging, utilisation planning, procurement and interface management
- Highly proactive, self-motivated and good communication skills
- Able to work in a team
