Job Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying new business opportunities, including markets, partnerships and potential clients/ partners.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and proposing suitable solutions to meet their requirements.
- Developing strategies to attract new clients through networking, cold calling, attending site show rounds, and using online platforms (social media).
- Conducting market research to understand industry trends, competitor, and customer preferences, and using this information to improve business strategies.
- Preparing proposals, presenting business ideas to potential clients, and negotiating contracts and terms to close deals.
- Working closely with operations to ensure alignment between customer needs and the company's services.
Ensuring customer satisfaction and developing strategies to retain existing clients by providing after-sales service and support. - Providing regular reports such as KPI and feedback to operations/ client on performance, client feedback, and areas for growth or improvement.
- Organize and maintain documentation in shared drives, servers, and physical files.
- Compile data and generate monthly reports.
Job Requirements:
- The Candidate must be at least a ITE/Diploma holder with 2-3 years working experience preferably in sales and business development.
- Good customer/vendor communication skills for all level of management hierarchy.
- Good with figures and strong analytical skills with commercial acumen.
- Strong team player with good presentation skills who is highly self-motivated and articulated.
- Self-starter with excellent initiative to constantly value-added.
