Job Role
Support the fundraising managers in achieving fundraising objectives and project executions
Main Responsibilities
- Handle fundraising and donor nurturing emails/calls
- Attend to donor enquiries and feedback and follow through
- Manage donation processing and donor data management (data entry, cross-checking, updating donor records etc)
- Provide admin and logistic support to the Department including preparing letters, mass printing, packing of goody bags etc
- Support Foundation/Department projects/events when required
- Coordinate with various stakeholder for smooth execution of projects when required
Qualification (Related Field)
- O Level/Diploma holder
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in sales/telemarketing/customer services
Soft Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Effectively bilingual
- Meticulous and self-motivated
- Independent and team player
