Job scope and key responsibilities:
- Logistics support for events organised by the department, including but not limited to participant registration, vendor liaison and ushering
- Administrative and clerical support for the department, including but not limited to arranging meetings and preparation of meeting folders/documents
Requirements:
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Meticulous with good attention to detail
- Good time management, able to work under time pressure
- Intermediate skills in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
- Relevant prior experience in events will be an advantage, particularly in the education sector or broader public sector
- Able to commit to at least 2 days of on-site work per week, subject to exigencies of work where on-site work is required
Working Hours
Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm
Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
Renumeration
$2,400 - $3,000 per month
