Job Type: Full-time.Position Summary:
Our company is currently seeking an SFO Financial Officer with 2-3 years of experiences in the finance industry. Reporting to the Chairman, you will be responsible for the following duties, including but not limited to

Key Responsibilities:

  • Family Office Liaison: Manage and coordinate the daily financial affairs of the employer's family office.
  • Corporate Banking Coordination: Handle the banking operations and relationships for the company's Singapore branch.
  • Financial Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the family office's investment goal. Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Investment management: Monitor the performance of existing investments and manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
  • Financial Operation & Reporting: Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Implement and maintain robust financial controls and system. Oversee cash flow management, tax planning and compliance.
  • Leadership & Team Management: Collaborate with other senior executives to achieve the family office's strategic objectives, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Represent the family office in financial matters with external and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the finance industry
  • Minimum Degree in Business/Commerce/Finance/Accountancy or ACCA equivalent
  • Strong understanding family office operations.
  • Experience in managing corporate banking relationships
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills
  • Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English is required. The candidate must be able to speak Mandarin for communication with stakeholders and teams in China.
  • Self-driven meticulous, organized personality。

  • Five working days (Full time) from 9:00AM to 6:00PM

  • 2-3年相关金融行业经验
  • 拥有商业/经济/金融/会计相关领域的学士学历或ACCA同等资格
  • 对家族办公室运作有深入了解
  • 拥有管理公司银行关系的经验
  • 出色的沟通与协调能力
  • 需精通中英文口语和书面表达。候选人必须会说中文,以便与中国的股东和团队沟通
  • 自我驱动,细致且组织能力强的个性。
