Job responsibilities:
Provide pre-sales and/or post-sales consulting to customers in areas such as product/service order fulfillment processes, response to customer service requests such as end-to-end order status management, repair /calibration requests, product changes or returns, accounts receivable collections, invoicing requirements, serve contract issues/administration or lease administration.
Manage and coordinate the end-to-end customer experience (from order to installation) by applying broad knowledge of customer situations, company processes, local laws, financial requirements, and international compliance requirements related to customer sales contracts and product shipment.
Resolve customer service issues for complex, multi-country or multi-regional accounts. Acts as a liaison between customers and appropriate internal organizations such as sales, manufacturing, logistics and service delivery to resolve customer inquiries.
Influence changes to production and/or shipping schedules and price changes. May identify and follow up on business opportunities.
Provide support to project management and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Korean language proficiency is a must and has understanding of Korean business culture
- With relevant work experience to support customer service, pre and post sales operations and processing sales order, logistic arrangement (primary interaction with internal stakeholders), with few interactions with external customers.
- Problem solving skills and solve straight-forward issues, challenges and problems within field of specialization
